The location of this place was great, within a short walking distance from everything we wanted to visit.

We were traveling to virgina and stopped over night to rest here.The room smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be non smoking. There was a ton of pet hair and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. One of the beds was lopsided. It was terrible experience. I told the guy up front the next morning and he looked irritated like this has happened before and said sorry. Then I saw the sanatation score of 84 which I didn't see when I checked in but it was late. So with that score and the staff reaction I'm thinking this must be a reoccurring problem with unclean rooms.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a GOOD area, just next door to the main expressway and food places, downtown, and downtown Charlotte, restaurants, and shops. The bed was comfortable, room was immaculately clean & updated. The breakfast offered a wide range of good meals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our nice rooms. the staff was wonderful. - the setting was favorable, right by several restaurants, downtown Charlotte, and shops. - It was not too far away from Domino's Pizza; we ate there a couple of times.

The staff here were really friendly and the room was nice and updated. the bed was super soft which was a big plus. Free parking was available too! 🚗 a great stay with no complaints!

Check In is at 4 and they don't take cash after 3. Booked.net should have this on their website. Hairdryer had electric sparks to come out when attempted to use.

The staff were accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped, including a king-size bed and a decent breakfast. It was a nice and enjoyable experience overall. The location was convenient for my needs and provided easy access to Concord Regional Airport, which was only a short drive away.

I loved the room here, the bed was super comfy. The location was really convenient for where I needed to be. The staff were always friendly and nice to deal with 😊.

Cheap and convenient location.

My room was not clean and needs a lot of work. There was only one staff person available who did an amazing job, but deserves some help. The lights stopped working and were not fixed or even suggested that we move to another room with a working light. Also, the door opened randomly in the middle of the night. It was just very uncomfortable.

The location was great, with North Park Mall just a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff was super friendly and resolved my issues. The room was comfy, with a decent breakfast and a king size bed.

The company charged me on two different dates for the same amount that I had already paid for on the first night. The first time I caught it, I informed the csr and Management Patal the problem and they said they would take care of it. Two hours later when I checked out I asked them again was everything taken of they said yes and gave me my receipts with confirmation on them that they were the total check out price that they were charging me. Three days later I received another charge for the same amount. When I called back with my bank representative the Manager Patal did not remember me and told us that he did not see an extra charge. He still has not refunded my money back. I will never use This or any other Days Inn again.
